Die seat part: single-slot die-seat and double-slot die-seat. The double slot is divided into three types: low station (55cm), medium station (75cm) and high station (135cm).

Different materials use different tools because of their different structures, resulting in different acid and alkali resistance, tensile strength, material hardness, tensile coefficient, plasticity, etc. When selecting a mold, a reasonable choice can be made according to the pressure, structure, material, workpiece expansion size, process requirements, surface treatment, etc. of the machine tool. Under normal circumstances, the notch width of the lower die for iron plates is 5-6 times the thickness of the material, not less than 4 times, and not more than 8 times. The notch of the stainless steel selection lower die is 6-8 times the thickness of the material, not less than 5 times. For aluminum and copper, the notch of the lower die can be selected to be 8-10 times the thickness of the material (cracks on the surface should be avoided when bending).
3. The choice of the upper die is reasonably selected according to the avoidance of the workpiece, the avoidance of the nail, the avoidance of the nut and other structures. When the workpiece needs to be avoided from the left and right, you can choose a curved knife or a left and right ear knife, or you can use a special mold.
According to the shape of the workpiece, the lower die can be installed in the front or in the reverse direction, which is mainly used to avoid positions and avoid nails. When the size of the workpiece is smaller than the conventional size and the unfolded size is too small, the eccentric method of the lower die can be used to complete the work under the premise of safe production. The reasonable eccentricity is 1/4 of the width of the V groove.
When the ratio of V-groove to material thickness is 6 times, the expansion size of the workpiece should be increased or decreased by 0.10mm for each increase or decrease of one unit (1mm). When increased to the limit, there is no significant change.
The selection of special molds should be rationally used according to its own shape, performance, size, appearance, safety height of the machine, and pressure of the machine. The adjustment of the stage difference mold is to control the size of the workpiece by adjusting the amount of filler in the middle of the mold according to the size requirements of the workpiece stage difference.
